Fantastic people to work with couldn’t ask for anything more thank you again!!!
Some injuries change what a person can do for the rest of their life, and the claim has to cover all of it: future treatment, future surgery, lost wages and the loss of future earning capacity. Our office evaluates those claims and presents them to the at-fault party’s insurer for a fair settlement, or tries them. Gary Norris has litigated hundreds of civil and personal injury cases to conclusion since 1982. The first meeting is free.
We do not charge for the first meeting.

We can protect your legal rights to a fair settlement if you were hurt by the fault of another person, and your injuries are permanent. Permanent injuries often involve claims for past and future lost wages and future medical treatment or even surgery. In addition, you may have a claim for what is called “loss of future earning capacity”. “Loss of future earning capacity” means your loss of the ability to perform as well as you could before you were hurt in the broad range of occupations available in the job marketplace. For instance, a journeyman carpenter who has to have back surgery because of an accident and can’t do heavy lifting anymore, would have a claim for lost future earning capacity because he can now only do light-duty work that pays less.
Our office has the expertise to evaluate these kinds of claims and present them to the at-fault person’s insurer for a fair settlement. We do not charge for the first meeting. Call us for an appointment. 503-472-3770.

Hiring us now ensures that your legal rights about your injury claim are protected. You will probably be contacted by an insurance company claims adjuster for the at-fault driver. They may offer you a very small sum of money now to settle your injury claim. They will also insist that you sign a paper that will allow them to get all your personal medical and employment records.
Don’t do either of these things! What the adjuster won’t tell you is that if you say yes to their small offer, you just permanently signed away all your legal rights and you are prevented from any further recovery, even if you find out later that you are hurt much worse than you first thought (which is very common). Signing the paper to allow them to get your records lets them dig into every little thing that happened in your life going back to the day you were born, which is none of their business.
When you hire us, we immediately contact the insurance company in writing. After that they can’t talk to you anymore. They have to go through us. We also immediately cancel any authorizations you may have signed. This protects your privacy, so that your claim can be settled fairly when YOU are ready, not on their terms.
Call us so we can help protect your legal rights. 503-472-3770.
We do not charge for the first consultation. And, if we do not recover for the client, there is no fee. Call 503-472-3770 to arrange it.

Your automobile policy may contain a provision for “underinsured motorist” coverage. This is similar to uninsured motorist coverage. Underinsured motorist coverage may provide additional insurance benefits beyond the other driver’s insurance limits. Whether this insurance applies is a question our firm can answer for our clients.
Your automobile insurance policy may provide Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits. In most cases the insurer will pay up to $15,000.00 in accident-related medical bills for treatment that takes place within 2 year from the accident. We can assist our clients in processing a PIP claim. We do not charge for this service.
PIP coverage may reimburse a portion of your lost wages up to two years from the accident. There are several limitations on this coverage. You may also recover from the at-fault party lost wages not paid by PIP.

No charge for the first meeting and no fee unless we recover for you.
